The Alliance of Sleep Apnea Partners (ASAP) is pleased to announce that founder of ISD Health Solutions Gregory Arneaud, Monica Chaudhari, CEO of the AdirA digital health company, and Mallory Ward, a strategic communications professional, are joining its board of directors. Both bring a wealth of leadership insights and business expertise that will support ASAP’s patient-centered mission and its vision of making sleep apnea a national priority.
Gregory Arneaud has over 25 years of experience as a certified respiratory therapist in the field of sleep medicine. He is the founder and clinical director of ISD Health Solutions, a leading Caribbean company for sleep apnea and insomnia services and solutions. ISD Health Solutions provides sleep and respiratory equipment, as well as medical training, diagnostic testing and treatment for sleep disorders across the Caribbean region.

He has served as an ambassador for sleep health on various regional television and radio programs and is the author of “The Wake Up Call: How You Sleep Is How You Live.” He has previously served on the board of directors for the American Sleep Apnea Association.
"I believe that my knowledge, expertise and training in the area of respiratory therapy, durable medical equipment sales, sleep apnea and CPAP therapy will add great value to advancing ASAP’s programmatic and organizational goals," said Arneaud. "My main goal of raising sleep health awareness comes from my drive to improve overall sleep health and quality of life for everyone globally. I’m very passionate that how you sleep is how you live. I want to make a difference by helping men, women and children who suffer from sleep apnea and to help raise awareness and education about the prevalence of this disorder."
Monica Chaudhari became an entrepreneur after age 50, when she first conceived of the idea for AdirA, a consumer health action company helping people manage their own health and the health of their family. Chaudhari worked in the pharmaceutical industry for three decades in such roles as Global Brand Leader, Managing Director of Central Asia, and Associate Vice-President of Women’s Health and General Medicine at Merck. She has proven leadership in marketing, lifecycle development and operations in the U.S. and around the globe.
Chaudhari is a vocal advocate for gender equality, women’s health, and sexual and reproductive health and rights around the world. She has an MBA from Drexel University and a BA (Economics) from Gokhale Institute, India. She also serves on the board of the Gulabis Foundation, which raises funds and awareness for breast cancer and supports causes related to hunger eradication, education and health.
"Every organization with a mission in health has to leverage all three pillars of the healthcare system, in order to achieve longstanding success," Chaudhari said. "Partnerships between not-for-profit patient advocacy groups, the public sector and the private sector are key to this. In my work, I’m passionate about educating and activating consumers on a variety of health and wellness topics. My interest in ASAP springs from personal interactions with OSA patients and the struggles they face. I would like to see more convenient and reliable options for diagnosis and treatments."
Mallory Ward is a strategic communications professional who brings 20 years of experience working with non-profit organizations, advocacy groups and corporations. Throughout her career, she has counseled clients on messaging strategy, issues management and public affairs. She was previously a director at APCO Worldwide, a global public affairs and strategic communications firm.
"The field of sleep apnea is experiencing tremendous innovation, opening new opportunities to improve patient care. Given my personal connection to sleep apnea through my family, I am honored to join the board of ASAP and offer my expertise to further the organization’s policy and advocacy initiatives. With broad experience across all sectors of the health care system, I am deeply committed to ensuring patients have access to the care they need, particularly as we navigate these transformative advancements in treatment."
